Catalog listings are invitations to inquire or, where a price is shown, to purchase that line as described. Quote-only items are not offers. Condition codes (NE, NS, OH, SV, AR) describe the line as currently understood; final acceptance may depend on inspection and trace documents.
MRO ERP subscriptions are billed on the published interval, monthly or yearly. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not delete shop data until you request an export/closeout. Rentech may refuse or reverse a transaction if a part is no longer available or if export / quality constraints apply.
This website is not the MRO ERP application itself. Access to production ERP tenants is provisioned after a paid or contracted subscription.
Cancelling an MRO ERP subscription
Write to sales@rentechaero.com and we stop the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and we do not bill again after that. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.
Your shop records
The MRO ERP database and its document folder sit on hardware you own — a shop PC or a server on your own network — not on ours. The records in them are yours. You can copy, audit, or take them elsewhere at any time without asking us, and we cannot reach into them.
If a subscription lapses, the software does not lock you out of your own history. After the paid period and a further week of grace it becomes read-only: you can still open, search, and print work orders, travelers, purchase orders, and paperwork. Writing new records resumes when the subscription does.
What the software does send us is limited to the licence check: your licence key, an identifier for the machine it is installed on, and the version you are running. It does not send your parts, customers, work orders, or documents.
