Rentech Aerospace LLC collects the information you submit through inquiry, RFQ, checkout, and subscription forms — typically name, work email, company, phone, and part details. We use it to respond to requests, fulfill orders, and operate the MRO ERP subscription. Payment cards are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on this server.

We count visits to this site ourselves, and we do not use Google Analytics or any other third-party tracker. For each page opened we record the page, the site that linked to it, and the browser and device type. We do not store your IP address: it is turned into a one-way daily fingerprint used only to avoid counting the same person twice. Nothing we record identifies you, none of it is sold or shared, and no advertising cookies are set.

Staff accounts are limited to Rentech employees. We retain lead and order records as needed to run the business and meet aviation documentation expectations. To request a correction or deletion of marketing data, email the address you used on your last inquiry.
